"This is so weird." I said.
"What?" Luken asked. He was sitting on his bed and I had my head resting in his lap while he brushed his fingers through my hair.
"This. I just met you like a week ago. I guess I just feel really close." I told him.
"Yeah. Me too." He said. I turned my head so I was looking up at him.
"Really?" I asked.
"Yeah, really." He said, and smiled. I smiled back, and felt suddenly nervous. I could feel my heart pounding so fast I thought it would just suddenly stop!
"Luken?" I asked, and sat up.
"Yeah?" He asked. I closed my eyes, and took a deep breath. "What is it?" He asked.
"This." I said, and leaned in and kissed him. It was a real quick, light kiss on the lips. He smiled at me and asked, "That's all I get?"
"No. I just had to see if that is what you wanted." I answered.
"Of course it is." He said. I scooted closer to him, and he put his arm around me, resting his hand on the back of my neck. He smiled, then leaned in and kissed me. I moved in even closer and sat on his lap, then put my arms around his neck. We were kissing for a few minutes when I felt him move his hand under my shirt. Suddenly he stopped. I looked at him puzzled. He was looking at my side, lifting my shirt up. It took me a second to realize what he was looking at.
"You have a dragon tatto, on your side." He said.
"Yeah. I got to cover up a scar from a car acciden't I was in when I was six." I told him. I took his hand, and traced his finger over where the scar was.
"Wow. They did good covering it." He said. The dragon was placed so it looked like it was flying. It was a Chinese dragon, and kind of rapped around my side. The back legs and tail actually started on the left side of my upper back just below my shoulder blade. The dragons body rapped around my side, and it's head and front legs ended at my stomach.
"I know it's kind of a big tatoo for a girl." I said.
"Are you kidding? This is awesome." He said, liffting my shirt up so he could see it. I giggled.
"OH, sorry!" He said, quickly pulling the shirt down. "I didn't mean to-"
"Oh stop! You were just looking at my tattoo." I told him, and lifted my shirt up, then turned so he could see the whole tattoo.
"Wow." He kept saying. It was making me laugh.
"I want to get a tiger on my other side, but with his head on my back, and legs and tail near my stomach." I told him. "So it looks like the Dragon and Tiger are forever chasing each other." I told him.
"That is by far the coolest thing I've ever heard." He said, and pulled my shirt back down. I sat up and kissed him again, catching a glimpse of his alarm clock on his desk.
"Oh shoot! I should have left for class already." I said, jumping up.
"Come on. I'll walk you to the bus stop." He said.
"Okay. Hurry." I said, and pulled my sweatshirt on, and through my bag over my shoulder in almost the same instant. I waited for Luken to find his jacket, then we hurried out the door. He walked me to the bus stop just as a bus was pulling up. I kissed him, then started to climb on the bus.
"Don't forget about the party tonight!" I shouted at him.
"I'll be there!" He said back. I waived, and then walked to the back and found a place to sit.

My classes that night were so boring. There wasn't even any reason for me to be there. I also couldn't stop thinking about the party and seeing Luken. It was amazing to me to think about how crazy I was about him. When I finaly got home I ran into the apartment. Ceci was home with Olie setting up the "liquor table".
"Hey. You look excited." Ceci said.
"I'm just glad to finaly be home!" I told her.
"And to see Luken." Olie said, and I smiled.
"Shut up." I told him.
"What? I'm right." He said. I just laughed and walked back to my room. I walked in my closet and found my favorite jeans and a black croucheted black halter top. It didn't take me long to finish getting ready and run back out to the living room.
"You look nice." I heard Ted say when I walked out.
"Thank you." I told him, and smiled.
"You look good tonight too." I told him.
"So, what time is everyone getting here?" I asked.
"Anytime now." Ceci said. I looked up at her just in time to see Olie pinch her butt.
"Ow!" She said, and giggled.
"You two are crazy." I said. Just then the doorbell rang. I ran to the door and flung it open. Then let out a sigh of disapointment.
"What, not happy to see me?" Craig, Ceci's brother said.
"I'm glad to see you. I just thought you might be someone else." I told him.
"Well, sorry to disapoint you." He said. "But I did bring beer."
"Well, in that case, come on in!" I told him, and opened the door. Several more people came over the next half hour, but there was still no sign of Luken. The doorbell rang again, but I didn't bother getting up to answer it. It hadn't been Luken any of the other times it had rang.
"Oh my god! Jasmine?" I heard Ceci yell. "And Mark?"
I jumped up and ran to the door.
"Where is Luken?" I asked, way to excitedly. It made Ceci, Jasmine, and Mark all laugh.
"He's coming. He stopped by the store to get you-" Mark started to say, but Jasmine elbowed him. "To get Stuart some medicine."
"Okay. Will he be here soon?" I asked.
"Yeah. Calm down." Jasmine said, and hugged me on her way in. I leaned up against the wall by the door and waited.
"You really do like this guy, don't you?" Ceci asked, walking up to me and handing me a beer.
"I do. A lot." I told her.
"Well, just be careful." She said.
"I will. But I don't think I have to with him." I said, and smiled. Just then the doorbell rang, and I opened it before it even stopped ringing.
"Wow. That was fast." Luken said. I hugged him and nearly knocked him over. Stuart was behind him and I heard him laugh.
"Come on in guys." I said, and the followed me in. Stuart pulled out a bouquet of flowers from behind his back and gave them to me.
"These are so pretty." I told him.
"They reminded me of you." He said, and I laughed.
"I didn't mean for that to be cheesy. They really did. They are yellow, and bright. They were brighter then all the other flowers. In fact they made all the other bouqets look sad and half dead." He said, and I smiled.
"Thats the oddest, and yet sweetest thing everyone has ever said to me." I told him as I walked into the kitchen to find a glass of water to put them in. I found one and set them up on the counter. Luken put his arm around my waist and kissed my cheek.
"I can't stop thinking about you." He told me.
"I can't stop thinking about you too." I told him, then turned around and kissed him.
"Hey hey! Save that for later!" Olie shouted. "Lets get to partying! WOO!"
"Are you drunk already?" I asked him.
"No! Of course not." He said.
"Liar." I told him.
"Well catch up!" He said, and walked away. I started laughing.
"He seems like a crazy guy." Luken said.
"You have no idea." I said, taking his hand and leading him out to the where everyone else was in the living room. Stuart was sitting in the corner talking to Ted.
"Wow. Ted normaly doesn't talk to new people." I said.
"Well, Stuart has a way of getting along with just about everyone." Luken said.
"SHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT TIME!" Jasmine shouted, and ran to the liqour table. Ceci jumped up and grabbed my hand and pulled me over to the table. Jasmine poured a bunch of shots of something and lined them all up.
"COME ON!" She shouted to Mark. He laughed and walked over.
"You too!" I told Luken.
"No. I don't drink a lot." He told me.
"Come on! Just one." I said. "And you are a liar."
"Okay, you got me. I'll do a shot." He said. Olie walked over and pinched Ceci on the butt, and she nearly spilled her shot.
"Okay. Count of three" Ceci Said. "One. Two." Olie took his shot.
"OLIE!" She shouted. "That wasn't THREE!" We all took our shots when we said three.
"GUYS!" She wined.
"Just take yours!" Jasmine shouted at her. We are laughing.
The rest of the night was a blast, and kind of a blur too. Most people stayed and crashed on our floor. Ceci, Olie, Me and Luken were the last ones awake.
"We're gonna go next door." Ceci whispered.
"So we can have sex." Olie said, and she smacked him. He just laughed and they left. I took Luken's hand and lead him back to my room, shutting the door behind me. We layed down in bed and started kissing.
"Hold on a second." I said, and got up to brush my teeth in the bathroom. I got back and climbed in bed. Luken was sound asleep.
"Luken?" I whispered. Nothing.
"Luken!" I said a little louder, and he just snorted and rolled over. "Damn it." I said to myself and giggled. I climbed under the blankets and fell asleep.
